Roast Chicken with Seasoning Rujak. |
Ingredients :
- 250 grams of chicken breast or chicken thighs
- 1 lime fruit, take the water
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Seasoning :
- 150 grams of red pepper, crushed
- 50 grams of pecans, fried, then mashed
- 1 teaspoon of tamarind
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of sugar
- 500 milliliters of diluted coconut milk
- 100 milliliters of thick coconut milk
How to cook Roast Chicken with Seasoning Rujak
1. Chicken smeared with using lime water and salt, let some time in the refrigerator.
