Apem Madiun Cake (Kue Apem Madiun) |
Ingredients :
- 275 milliliters of coconut water
- 200 grams of brown sugar, finely sliced
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 2 pandan leaves, make a form bonds
- 225 grams of rice flour
- 250 ml coconut milk from ½ coconut
- 100 grams of wheat flour
- 6 grams of instant yeast

How to cook Apem Madiun Cake (Kue Apem Madiun) :
1. Boil coconut water, put brown sugar, salt, and pandan leaves. Lift, strain, and chill.
2. Pour boiling coconut water into the flour rice, stirring until well blended, chill.
3. Enter the coconut milk, flour, yeast, spices spekuk, and baking powder, knead for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Allow the dough for 40 minutes or until the dough expands.
4. Prepare the mold pan, basting with cooking oil. Heat mold by steaming for 5 minutes.
5. Pour the batter into the mold, then steamed for 30 minutes or until the cake to mature.
