Red Cook Chicken. |
Ingredients :
- 1 chicken, washed and cut into 8 pieces
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 250 milliliters of vegetable oil
- 125 milliliters of tomato sauce
- 70 grams of frozen peas
- 1 grain of the onion, thinly sliced
- Sugar
- the white sesame seeds
- the mint leaves
Mashed :
- 3 tablespoons of milled red pepper
- 6 grains of red onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
How to cook the Red Cook Chicken
1. Chicken smeared with using turmeric powder and salt until blended.
2. Heat oil and fry the chicken meat until yellow-brown. Drain.
3. Saute the mashed spice until fragrant.
4. Add chicken and tomatoes sauce, stir for some minutes until blended.
5. Add peas, onions, salt, and sugar. Stir well. Lift.
6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and mint leaves.
7. Serve.
