Ingredients :
- 500 grams of boneless chicken meat
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons of sweet ketchup
- 1 tablespoon of saltiness ketchup
Seasonings, mashed :
- 2 tablespoons of fried shallots
- 2 cloves of garlic
- ½ teaspoon of coriander, toasted
- 1 teaspoon of salt
How to cook Sweet Chicken Satay
1. Chicken the cut into pieces the size of 3x2 x ½ cm.
2. Toss chicken pieces with using vegetable oil, ketchup and seasoning until blended.
3. Let stand for 30 minutes.
4. Every 4-5 pieces of chicken marinated stabbed into one by using a skewer.
5. Bake on hot coals, while behind and forth until cooked on both sides.
6. Lift and serve warm.
For 12 skewers.
