Chocolate Cendol Ice. |
Ingredients :
- 150 grams of flour hunkwe
- 10 grams of cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon vanilla powder
- 600 milliliters of water
Complement :
- 5 pieces of jackfruit meat, cut into small pieces
- 100 milliliters of white sweetened condensed milk
- Ice cubes, shaved
How to make Chocolate Cendol Ice :
1. Dissolve flour hunkwe, chocolate and vanilla, using water.
2. Cook over low heat, stirring until thick. Lift.
3. Pour into mold cendol, rubbed and enter cendol in a container of cold water or ice water. Allow to cool and harden. Drain.
4. Put cendol in serving glasses.
5. Give topping. Serve immediately.
For 6 cups.
