Ingredients :
- 300 grams of yellow tofu, steamed, cut into small pieces
- 100 grams of bean sprouts, wash
- 100 grams of carrots, shaved small length

- 100 grams of cucumber, roughly chopped
Seasoning :
- 200 milliliters of water
- 2 tablespoons of lime water
Mashed :

- 1 clove garlic
- ½ teaspoon of salt
Complement :
- 50 grams of fried peanuts
- Crackers kanji
How to make Rujak Tahu
- Arrange the rujak ingredients in a serving bowl.
Seasoning :
1. Mix the spices with water and lime water.
2. Stir until smooth and thick.
3. Pour into a rujak ingredients.
4. Mix well, sprinkle complement ingredients.
