Ingredients :
- 200 grams shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced lengthwise
- 150 grams of potatoes, peeled and grated coarse
- 2 pieces of red chilli, thinly sliced length
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 100 grams of cheddar cheese, shredded coarse
- 50 grams of wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- 2 eggs
- Olive oil for frying
How to cook Bakwan Potato Mushroom (Bakwan Kentang Jamur) :
1. Prepare all ingredients as prescribed.
2. Combine mushrooms, potatoes, red pepper, cilantro, shredded cheese, and flour, stirring until smooth.
3. Add seasonings and eggs, mix well.
4. Prepare omelet pan, put olive oil, 1 tablespoon fried dough, flatten slightly. Cook until both sides cooked and lightly browned.
