Ingredients :
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 6 grains of red onion, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon of red chili, ground
- 4 pieces of red chilies, thinly sliced
- 3 pieces of green chilies, thinly sliced
- 1 cm of galangal, crushed
- 1 cm of ginger, crushed
- 1 stalk of lemongrass, crushed
- 150 grams of peeled medium shrimp
- 1 tablespoon of tauco
- 200 grams of beef stew, cut into pieces
- 1 tomato, cut-sides
- 1 liter of coconut milk
- ½ teaspoon of ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
How to cook the Savory Vegetable of Medan
1. Saute onion and garlic until wilted.
2. Enter minced chili, red chili and green chili. Stir until wilted.
3. Add galangal, ginger and lemongrass. Stir until fragrant.
4. Enter the shrimp, stirring until it changes color.
5. Add tauco and other ingredients and stir well.
6. Enter the coconut milk, pepper, and salt.
