Mushroom Omelette with Peas Sauce (Dadar Jamur Saus Kacang Polong) |
Ingredients :
- 4 chicken eggs
- 1 tablespoon of fresh cream
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of margarine
- 30 grams onion, thinly sliced
- 50 grams of chicken meat, sliced small
- 2 pieces of shitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1 stalk of spring onion, thinly sliced
Sauce, boiled until thick :
- 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
- 200 milliliters of water
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of frozen peas
- 1 teaspoon of tapioca starch, dissolved in a little water
How to cook Mushroom Omelette with Peas Sauce (Dadar Jamur Saus Kacang Polong) :
1. Beat the eggs with the cream, pepper and salt.
2. Saute onion until wilted.
3. Enter the chicken, stirring until stiff.
4. Add other ingredients, stirring until wilted. Lift.
5. Combine with beaten eggs.
6. Heat the pan, pour the egg mixture.
7. Cook over low heat until cooked. Lift.
8. Place on a serving plate. Pour the sauce.
9. Serve while still warm.
For 2 servings.
