Grilled Oxtail Soto. |
Ingredients :
- 750 grams of cow oxtail
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 cm ginger, crushed
- 1 liter of water
- 3 sachets of flavoring dishes
- 5 sheets of lime leaves, discard the bones
- 1.5 liters of diluted coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons of cooking oil for sauteing
Dauber ingredients :
- 50 grams of sweet ketchup
- 50 grams of margarine, melted
Complement :
- 1 potato, halved, steamed and fried in one piece
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 tablespoons of celery, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of fried shallots
How to cook Grilled Oxtail Soto
1. Presto oxtail in the water with the bay leaves and ginger for 15 minutes. Lift and discard the water. Set aside.
2. Saute the flavoring food and lime leaves until fragrant. Add oxtail. Pour the coconut milk. Cook until done.
3. Lift the oxtail. Grease with a spreadable ingredient. Burn until browned.
4. Serve oxtail with gravy and the complement.
For 6 servings.
