Kering of Spicy Shrimp. |
Ingredients :
- 250 grams of small shrimp
- Cooking oil
- 2 pieces of large red chilies, seeded and sliced thin oblique, dry fried
- 1 sheet of lime leaves, finely sliced
- 1 tablespoon of dried shrimp, hot soak, drain, finely crushed
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Seasonings, puree :
- 5 pieces of red chilli
- 5 pieces of little red chili
- 5 grains of red onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
How to cook Kering of Spicy Shrimp
1. Cut shrimp whiskers, wash thoroughly. Drain.
2. Fried shrimp to dry. Drain.
3. Heat 3 tablespoons oil, saute ground spices until fragrant.
4. Enter the dried shrimp, fried chili, and lime leaves and stir well.
5. Enter fried shrimp, stir until well blended.
6. Give lemon juice, stir.
7. Allow to cool.
For 200 grams or 6 servings.
