Ingredients :
- 250 grams of tempeh
- 3 cloves garlic, mashed
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of coriander powder
- 4 tablespoons of water
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- Cooking oil to taste
Seasonings, mashed :
- 1 teaspoon of kencur (Kaempferia galanga)
- 1 teaspoon of shrimp paste grilled
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 10 pieces of red chili sauce, fried
- 10 grains of red onion, fried
- 4 cloves garlic, fried
How to cook Sambal Tempe Penyet
1. Tempe soaked for 1 hour in a mixture of garlic, cilantro, salt, and water.
