Ingredients :
- 300 grams of egg noodles
- Water to boil
- 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
- 3 tablespoons of oil for sauteing
- 4 cm cinnamon
- 225 grams of fresh shrimp, peeled
- 800 ml of chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons of starch, dissolved in 100 milliliters of water
- 1 piece of tofu, cut into pieces, fried
- 3 pieces of boiled potatoes, sliced
- 125 grams bean sprouts, brewed with hot water, drained
- 1 cucumber, cut into small pieces
Complement :
- Fried chips
Mashed :
- 6 red onions
- 5 cloves garlic
- 5 cm kencur (Kaempferia galanga)
- 3 cm galangal
- 2 teaspoons of salt
How to cook Belitung noodles :
1. Boil egg noodles along with 1 tablespoon oil until cooked. Remove and drain.
2. Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant with cinnamon and ripe.
3. Enter the shrimp, broth, and soy sauce. Stir and cook until boiling. Pour the starch solution, stirring until sauce thickens. Lift.
4. Enter noodles, fried tofu, boiled potatoes, bean sprouts, and cucumber in a bowl. Then doused with hot shrimp sauces. Sprinkle with fried chips.
For 5 servings.
