Ingredients :
- 800 ml of coconut milk
- 20 grams of powdered gelatin white
- 200 grams of fresh sweet corn, grab a corn seed, crushed
- 100 grams of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 sheet of pandan leaves
Ingredients for fla :
- 100 grams of fresh sweet corn, mashed
- 5 grams of sugar
- 200 milliliters of water
- 1 teaspoon of cornstarch, dissolved in 1 tablespoon of boiled water
How to make fla :
Put all the ingredients into the pan, then cooked, stirring until boiling. Lift and set aside.
How to cook Corn Pudding :
1. Put powdered gelatin, sugar, and salt in a saucepan and stir well. Then add the milk while stirring. Once mixed all, put the pot on the stove, stirring constantly, until boiling. Take care not to rupture the coconut milk.
2. Put sweet corn and cook, stirring gently to the boil.
3. Pour into a gelatin mold, according to taste, and blend.
4. Let stand until hardened and then store in the refrigerator.
5. When will be served, corn pudding removed from the mold, and then doused with corn fla.
