Marrow Porridge with Pandan (Bubur Sumsum Pandan). |
Ingredients :
- 150 grams of rice flour
- 500 milliliters of milk
- 100 grams of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of suji pandan leaves water
- ½ teaspoon of salt
Brown sugar sauce ingredients :
- 200 grams of brown sugar, finely sliced
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 sheet of pandan leaves, cut into pieces
How to cook Marrow Porridge with Pandan (Bubur Sumsum Pandan)
1. Dissolve the rice flour with a little milk.
2. Cook the remaining coconut milk with sugar, suji pandan leaves water and salt until hot.
3. Pour a solution of rice flour, stir until mixture thickens. Lift.
How to make Brown sugar sauce :
1. Boil all ingredients together until sugar dissolves and boil.
2. Lift then strain and set aside to cool.
Serve porridge with brown sugar sauce.
