Ingredients :
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of green onion, sliced
- 200 grams of boiled crab meat
- 100 grams of shrimp, peeled, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 400 grams of white rice
- ½ teaspoon of ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
Topping ingredients :
- 2 eggs, beaten off, make pancakes, thinly sliced
- 100 grams of lettuce, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons of fried shallots
How to cook Fried Rice with Crab Meat (Nasi Goreng Kepiting) :
1. Saute garlic and green onion until fragrant.
2. Enter crab meat and shrimp. Stir until changes color.
