Ginger Milk Sekoteng (Sekoteng Susu Jahe). |
Ingredients :
- 500 milliliters of soy milk
- 25 grams of ginger, roasted, crushed
- 2 stalks of lemongrass, crushed
- 2 pieces of pandan leaves
- 100 grams of brown sugar
Stuffing ingredients :
- 50 grams of peanuts roasted, peeled
- 100 grams of Kolang-kaling (Arenga pinnata), boiled briefly, drained
- 100 grams of red beans, boiled until tender, drained
- 100 grams of green melon, formed round marbles using a bowler.
How to make Ginger Milk Sekoteng (Sekoteng Susu Jahe) :
1. Boil the soy milk, ginger, lemongrass and pandan leaves, until boiling. Lift.
2. Enter the brown sugar, stirring until the sugar melts.
3. Take a serving bowl, place the milk, give peanuts, Kolang-kaling (Arenga pinnata), red beans, and green melon.
4. Serve this drink while warm or cold.
Makes 5 servings.
