Pumpkin Porridge with Chicken Chopped (Bubur Labu Ayam Cincang). |
Porridge ingredients :
- 1.5 liters of water
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 bay leaf
- 100 grams of rice fluffier
- 100 grams of yellow squash, cut into pieces
Minced Chicken Ingredients :
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 100 grams of minced chicken
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce Japanese
- ½ teaspoon of ground pepper
How to cook Pumpkin Porridge :
1. Boil water, salt and bay leaves.
2. Enter the rice, cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the rice grains and almost creamy purée.

4. Serve with chopped chicken.
How to cook Chicken Chopped :
1. Saute garlic until fragrant.
2. Enter the chicken, stirring until stiff.
3. Add seasonings, stir until blended. Lift.
4. Serve with Pumpkin Porridge
