Ingredients I (stir well, make an omelette) :
- 100 grams of wheat flour
- 3 eggs
- 50 grams of boiled spinach, puree
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 200 milliliters of liquid milk
- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
Ingredients II (stir well) :
- 200 grams of tempeh, steamed, mashed
- 3 eggs
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of pepper powder
Ingredients III :
- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil for sauteing
- 5 pieces of red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons of pepper powder
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar
- 500 grams of tuna, steamed, mashed
- 2 pieces of red chili, sliced oblique
Seasonings, puree :
- 3 pieces of red onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ teaspoon of coriander
- 1 cm turmeric
Yellow Sauce Ingredients :
- 2 cm galangal, crushed
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
- 50 ml thick coconut milk
Complement :
- 2 carrots, hard-boiled
How to cook Spinach Roll with Yellow Sauce (Bayam Gulung Saus Kuning) :
1. Ingredients III : Saute onion and garlic until fragrant, add the pepper, sugar and salt. Add fish, chili slices, cook until done.
2. Yellow Sauce : Saute the spices until fragrant, add ginger, bay leaves, and lemongrass. Add coconut milk, stir.
3. Take a piece of omelette, add materials II, smooth. Add the Ingredients III, smooth. Put the carrots, on the edge of the omelette, roll and compacted, steam for 30 minutes.
4. Once cooked, remove from heat, cut into pieces, served with yellow sauce.
Makes 6 servings
