Balado Calamari Petai (Balado Cumi Petai) |
Ingredients :
- 500 milliliters of water
- 200 grams of salted calamari
- Oil for frying
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 cm galangal, crushed
- 1 stalk Petai, peeled
Seasonings, puree :
- 6 pieces of red chilli
- 5 pieces of red onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- ½ teaspoon of salt
How to cook Balado Calamari Petai (Balado Cumi Petai) :
1. Boil water to a boil. Enter the calamari, calamari cook until softened. Remove and drain.
