Ingredients :
- 1 piece of white tofu, drained, mashed
- 75 grams of shrimp, peeled, finely chopped
- 1 leek, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1 egg yolk
- ½ teaspoon of powder pepper
- 1 tablespoon of chicken bouillon powder
Ingredients of Peanut Sambal :
- 150 milliliters of boiled water
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
Mashed :
- 3 tablespoons of peanuts, fried
- 2 pieces of red chilli
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
How to cook Shrimp Tofu Frikadel
1. Mix: tofu, shrimp, green onions, and other ingredients until blended.
2. The dough is formed into a flat round.
3. Fry in hot oil and much until golden brown.
4. Remove and drain.
5. Peanut Sambal: Stir the spices with water and lime juice until blended.
6. Serve frikadel with Peanut Sambal.
For 6 pieces.
