Ingredients :
- 125 grams of sugar
- 125 grams of brown sugar, chopped fine
- 150 milliliters of water
- 200 grams of wheat flour
- 1 egg
- 100 milliliters of cooking oil
- 100 grams of tapai, mashed
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
How to cook Steamed tapai cakes :
1. Prepare steamed sponge cake mold, then be backed with paper cup, set aside. Prepare a steamer for steaming.
2. Boiled: granulated sugar, brown sugar, and water. After boiling and sugar to dissolve, lift, and let cool.
3. Flour mixed with a solution of sugar and stir well. Add eggs, stir evenly. Enter cooking oil, stir well. Add tapai, stir, then enter the baking powder and baking soda, stir, and let stand for 15 minutes.
4. Pour into molds and steam for 20 minutes until cooked and chapped, lift. Serve.
Note :
Steamer for steaming, preferably covered with a clean cloth napkin so that water does not drip onto the cake.
