Ingredients :
- 200 grams of sugar
- 4 chicken eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 200 grams of butter, melted
- 150 grams of dried fruit (raisins, cranberries)
Stir together :
- 200 grams of cassava tapai
- 3 tablespoons of white sweetened condensed milk
Sifted into one :
- 200 grams of wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
Topping :
- 100 grams of dried fruit
- 50 grams of sliced almonds
How to cook Dried fruit tapai cake
1. Baking dish to be used polished with margarine and sprinkle a little flour.
2. Beat eggs and sugar using electric mixer until thick.
3. Enter the tapai mixture, beat until blended.
4. Enter the flour mixture alternately with the melted butter while stirring until blended.
5. Add dried fruit and stir well.
6. Pour into baking dish, sprinkle with dried fruit and almond slices.
7. Bake in hot oven 180 C for 45 minutes.
8. Lift and let cool.
