Ingredients :
- 2 eggs
- 225 grams of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of emulsifier
- 150 grams of wheat flour
- 200 milliliters of coconut milk
- 3 drops of green dye
- 100 grams of coconut half old, peeled, coarsely grated
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
How to cook Putu Ayu Cake
1. Heat the steamer.
2. Beat eggs, sugar and emulsifier until fluffy and white. Then, put flour. Stir well.
3. Pour coconut milk gradually, stirring until blended.
4. Enter the green coloring and stir.
5. Mix coconut and salt until blended.
6. Enter the coconut mixture on the base of the mold with a slight pressure to a solid.
7. Pour the cake batter until the mold is full.
8. Steam for 20 minutes. Lift and serve.
For 20 servings.
Note :
- Use medium heat when steaming so that the cake is not broke.
- Do not sow too much coconut shavings in the bottom of the mold because it will make a cake look less pretty.
