Ingredients :
- 1 piece of tahu, cut into cubes
- 12 the quail eggs, boiled and peeled
- 12 pieces of peas
- 12 shrimps, peeled and cleaned
- 2 pieces of chicken thigh meat, cut into cubes
- 8 pieces of fish meatballs, halved
- 6 pieces of button mushrooms, halved
- 1 pack of glass noodles, soaked until limp, drained
- 1 stalk of spring onion, cut into pieces with a spherical shape
- 8 pieces of red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 10 pieces of pease with a size of 1 cm
- 4 tablespoons of cooking oil
- 50 grams of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of sweet ketchup
- 1 liter of water
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Fried onions

How to cook Rainbow Tahu Soup :
1. Boil water with chicken meat already diced, strain and discard the fat and then turn off the heat.
2. Saute onion used cooking oil. Enter the flour, stirring until blend.
3. Pour the chicken broth, then enter the shrimp, carrots, green beans, chicken, fish meatballs, and mushrooms. Stir until smooth, then add the sweet ketchup.
4. Enter the glass noodles into soup, pease, peas, tofu, boiled quail eggs, then season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, stirring until the aroma out.
5. Finally, pour into a bowl, and sprinkle with fried onions.

Tips :
