Ingredients :
- 1 piece of sweet corn, comb (take seed corn only)

Ingredients the porridge marrow :
- 200 grams of rice flour
- 300 ml of thick coconut milk
- 700 milliliters of water
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 pieces of pandan leaves
- 150 milliliters of liquid brown sugar
How to cook Porridge Marrow with Sweet Corn :
1. Corn dough: These ingredients are cooked in one container, liquid coconut milk, corn that has been combed, salt, pandan leaves and sugar. And stir until blended. Once cooked, removed pandan leaves, then blend until smooth.
2. Porridge marrow: Mix rice flour and thick coconut milk, stirring until evenly distributed.
3. Boil water, salt, and pandan leaves to boil. Then, insert the corn dough and porridge marrow, stirring until blended and thickened.
4. Pour the Porridge Marrow with Sweet Corn into bowl with slowly. Sprinkle with a few grains of corn as a garnish.
5. Add liquid red sugar according to taste.
Note :
Corn can be replaced with red tuber or yellow squash, because it has the same nutritional content.
