How to cook Meat Lapis Surabaya
1. These materials are crushed: onion, garlic, turmeric, nutmeg, and red chili. Saute until fragrant, then add the ginger, cloves, lime leaves, bay leaf, lemongrass, cinnamon, nutmeg powder, tomato sauce, brown sugar, tamarind, salt, sugar, pepper, and bouillon powder.
