Fried Sambal Jerky (Sambal Goreng Dendeng). |
Ingredients :
- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil for sauteing
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 cm galangal, crushed
- 300 grams of potatoes, cut into matchsticks, dry fried
- 50 grams of peas, boiled
- 200 grams of beef jerky, dry fried
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper powder
Seasonings, puree :
- 5 pieces of red chilli
- 6 grains of red onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3 grains of hazelnut
- 1 tomato
How to cook Fried Sambal Jerky (Sambal Goreng Dendeng) :
1. Heat oil, saute spices, bay leaves, and galangal, until fragrant and cooked.
2. Enter the potatoes, peas, jerky, salt, and pepper, stir and cook until done. Lift and serve.
Makes 2 servings.
Note :
Do not be too long fry beef jerky, because the sugar content in jerky will cause jerky be charred.
