Chicken Wonton Soup (Sup Pangsit Ayam). |
Ingredients :
Wonton :
- 12 sheets of wonton skin. (Read here to learn how to make wonton skins)
Ingredients of Stuffing Wonton :
- 150 grams of minced chicken
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 tablespoon of onion fried, mashed
- 1 egg yolk
- ½ teaspoon of ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Sauce Ingredients :
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped and sauteed
- 600 ml of chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon of sliced green onion
- ½ teaspoon of ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons of saltiness ketchup
Complement :
- 100 grams of cabbage leaves, cut into pieces, boiled
How to cook Chicken Wonton Soup (Sup Pangsit Ayam) :
Wonton and Stuffing:
1. Stir all ingredients stuffing wonton by hand until all ingredients are well blended.
2. Fill each wonton skin sheet with 1 teaspoon of stuffing dough.
3. Fold it in half, glue the sides using a little water.
4. Boiled or steamed wonton until cooked. Lift.
Sauce :
1. Boil all sauce ingredients until cooked.
How to serve Chicken Wonton Soup (Sup Pangsit Ayam) :
1. Put the wontong into a bowl.
2. Give boiled cabbage. Pour the hot sauce.
3. Serve with chili sauce.
