Shredded Tuna (Abon Ikan Tuna). |
Ingredients :
- 500 grams of tuna meat, steamed, mashed
- 2 stalks lemongrass, white part, crushed
- 10 pieces of lime leaves, thinly sliced
- 250 ml thick coconut milk
Seasonings, puree :
- 10 pieces of red onion
- 5 cloves garlic
- 3 cm ginger
- 5 cm galangal
- 1 tablespoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 5 pieces of red chili
- 1.5 teaspoons of salt
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
How to cook Shredded Tuna (Abon Ikan Tuna)
1. Saute the spices until fragrant. Enter the lemongrass and lime leaves and stir well.
2. Add tuna and coconut milk, reduce heat, stirring constantly until it becomes dry.
3. Store in an airtight container.
