Ingredients :
- 300 grams of tempeh, cut into small pieces with cubes
- 5 large red chilies, seeded and sliced thin oblique

- 1 cm galangal, crushed
- 2 bay leaves
Seasoning :
- 100 grams of brown sugar, finely sliced
- 50 grams of sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 150 milliliters of water
How to cook Kering Tempeh
1. Tempe winds briefly until slightly dry.
