Eggs Seasoning Petis (Telur Bumbu Petis) |
Ingredients :
- 5 eggs, boiled, peeled
- Oil for frying
- 5 grains of red onion, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, finely sliced
- 2 cm turmeric, peeled and finely sliced
- 1 cm Temu Kunci (Boesenbergia Pandurata), finely sliced
- 3 pieces of red chilli, finely sliced
- 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
- 300 ml thin coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon shrimp pastes (Petis)
- 100 ml of coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon of sugar
- 2 pieces of lime
How to Cook Eggs Seasoning Petis (Telur Bumbu Petis) :
1. Fried eggs poached using a lot of cooking oil so the eggs become yellowish. Remove and drain.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, saute sliced seasoning until wilted and fragrant.
3. Pour thin coconut milk, put the eggs, lemon grass and Petis. Then boil until boiling so Petis dissolved.
4. Pour the coconut milk, bring to a boil until thick and oily.
5. Lift, then pour the juice of lime to taste on the dish.
6. Serve.
For 4 servings.
