Fried Chicken Seasoning Petis (Ayam Goreng Bumbu Petis).

Ingredients :
- 1 chicken, cut into 8 pieces
- 3 cm ginger, crushed
- 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 100 grams of Petis of shrimp
- 400 milliliters of water
- 2 leeks, sliced thin oblique
- 6 pieces of lime leaves, sliced, fried
- Oil for frying

Seasonings, puree :
- 8 pieces of red onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 10 pieces of red chili

How to cook Fried Chicken Seasoning Petis (Ayam Goreng Bumbu Petis) :
1. Fry the chicken until half cooked. Set aside.
2. Heat two tablespoons of oil and saute ground spices until fragrant. Add the ginger, lemongrass, soy sauce, shrimp pastes, and water.
3. Add chicken and cook until chicken is tender and cooked flavor.
4. Finally add the spring onions and lime leaves and cook until all ingredients are cooked.
5. Serve while warm.
