Ingredients :
- 200 grams of rice flour
- 2 tablespoons of tapioca flour
- 250 milliliters of water
- 100 milliliters of suji pandan leaves water
Coconut Milk Sauce Ingredients :
- 750 ml coconut milk
- 200 grams of brown sugar, chopped fine
- 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 1 sheet of pandan leaves, cut into pieces
How to cook Putu Mayang Cake :
1. Mix the two flours together.
2. Sprinkle with a little water until the flour becomes moist.
3. Cover steamer with banana leaves. Steamed flour until hot. Lift.
4. Boil the remaining water and suji pandan leaves water.
5. Enter the hot flour, stir until smooth and thick. Lift.
6. Divided into 3 parts. One section with red dye, one part in green. Let the rest are white.
7. Pour into cake pan putu.

How to make Coconut Milk Sauce :
Boil all ingredients to a boil and the sugar dissolves. Lift and strain.
